At MANLIM, we believe that sustainability is built by sharing knowledge. Through our Knowledge Transfer and Education program, we promote technical training, environmental awareness, and capacity building for students, communities, and institutions.

This service brings the energy industry closer to academia and the community, fostering interest in clean energy, good maintenance practices and the role of innovation in the energy transition.

• Guided technical visits to photovoltaic plants to promote the value of solar energy and its proper maintenance. (Here are the photos and video I shared of the students from Don Bosco Calama)
• Technical talks in educational institutions on clean energy, sustainability and operation of photovoltaic systems
