🔬 Gender equality and STEM talent in the energy industry

At MANLIM, we understand that the development of the energy and mining industry requires integrating more women into technical, scientific, and leadership roles. In this context, we actively participate in the Women in STEM initiative, contributing to capacity building and the promotion of gender equality in the sector.

Our General Manager, as president of the Dissemination and STEM Commission of the Gender Roundtable, led the organization of this activity, an event in which the “Women Add Up” Seal was awarded by the Gender and Human Rights Office of the Ministry of Energy, recognizing an effective commitment to gender equality in the energy industry.
